4+ years owner, sent it back once for warranty work, no hassle

Summary: I have no experience with any other espresso machine, so I won't be able to compare. We have owned the Via Venezia for about 4 years now. The heating coil went out on it within the first year, so they replaced the entire machine (I did not have to pay any shipping to ship it back for warranty, as...
Summary: I love this machine. We have used it almost daily for about a year and a half. It is very easy to use and makes adequate espresso. Once you get the grind right and find quality beans you will enjoy it very much. I do not have any complaints and hope it keeps going for a long, long time.
Summary: This is the second unit of this exact model I've bought, and the third 'similar' model in about 10 years. The first was a 'Starbucks 'Barista' model, which was a rebranded Saeco model and had the same basic casing - just different knobs and buttons. That has lasted me 10 years of daily use.
Summary: I got this machine about two years ago. Last winter it broke, having been stored in an unheated space. Apparently, the parts inside the head retain water and it froze. It took two months to get it repaired, and close to $100.00. But it was repaired. Now I am finding it to be temperamental.

Summary: This is a great machine! I received one as a gift four years ago and it has changed how I drink coffee. I now have three shots in the morning and I'm good to go. I recently bought a second one to go into our place in the country.
Summary: I read the occasional review that spoke of low quality, problems with machines in the first year and lousy customer service with long turn-around times. But I chose to believe the majority of the reviews which were positive. Basically, we make 2 lattes per day with this machine (everyday).
