Summary: I love this machine. We have used it almost daily for about a year and a half. It is very easy to use and makes adequate espresso. Once you get the grind right and find quality beans you will enjoy it very much. I do not have any complaints and hope it keeps going for a long, long time.
Summary: This is the second unit of this exact model I've bought, and the third 'similar' model in about 10 years. The first was a 'Starbucks 'Barista' model, which was a rebranded Saeco model and had the same basic casing - just different knobs and buttons. That has lasted me 10 years of daily use.
Summary: I got this machine about two years ago. Last winter it broke, having been stored in an unheated space. Apparently, the parts inside the head retain water and it froze. It took two months to get it repaired, and close to $100.00. But it was repaired. Now I am finding it to be temperamental.

Summary: This is a great machine! I received one as a gift four years ago and it has changed how I drink coffee. I now have three shots in the morning and I'm good to go. I recently bought a second one to go into our place in the country.
Summary: I read the occasional review that spoke of low quality, problems with machines in the first year and lousy customer service with long turn-around times. But I chose to believe the majority of the reviews which were positive. Basically, we make 2 lattes per day with this machine (everyday).
Fell apart as I took it out of the box, had water inside the unit

Summary: I was excited to get this machine today. It arrived very quickly. However, I was very disappointed once I tried to place it on my counter. It was wobbling because the fourth rubber leg was missing and was no where to be found. The steam knob fell right off, rolling under the counter.
Summary: I love my latte machine, but I seem to be having a problem with the coffee. It keeps pouring over the sides. I do not understand what I am doing wrong to cause this issue. I follow the directions exactly and even made sure I have the correct coffee grind size.
It makes espresso and lattes the old fashion method so every cup becomes a labor of love. I drop one star on my new Saeco ...

Summary: When Starbucks was private-labeling these, I purchased at least 6 for gifts and used my own on a daily basis (including fundraisers) for over 15 years before the steam heating unit failed. For the price, this is clearly the most robust unit on the market.
