Summary: I've owned two of these machines. I use them 3-6 times per day. The first one wore out after about 18 months because I would forget to empty the dreg tray and the machine would get compacted. The second one is a latter model that turns on a red light if I forget to empty the dreg tray or to keep the water filled, so it's still going strong after a couple of years. I'm a latte junkie and I love this machine.
Summary: it don't get any better than this, makes great coffee and espresso's don't be afraid to open her up and clean here on a weekly basis, I have read warning about aromiated coffee but so far its all I use
Summary: this esspresso machine works but the (black drip tray support V2 PP49 was broken and is impossible to fix even after ordering a part the installation is very difficult and no requires sending it back to Seattle coffee company to be installed. This tray allows you to use different sized cups and with out it i am minus a popular feature of the machine The company offered to take it back but it works so i will keep it.
Summary: I have used this machine in China for almost 5 years. it was good with high quality. When I moved to CA, I still want to use it again. Of course, much cheaper than China. Quick delivery, I am so satisfied with this purchasing.
Summary: I was convinced to replace my favorite Keurig coffee maker with this more expensive espresso machine. It didn't take long for me to fall in love with the machine. While it is expensive to buy, it was expensive buying the K-cups for the Keurig. I am very happy with my choice.
Summary: I bought mine over four years ago and was confused at the range of reviews. Mine has performed flawlessly, with very little cleaning, and it's pretty simple to clean. I wanted either this or the Nescafe, and I went with the Odeo for the capability and freedom of selecting my own beans. Perfect espresso, perfect crema, perfect lattes. Love it!
Summary: When I purchased the Saeco Odea Plus for our office, I was concerned by some of the negative reviews, but ultimately decided to take the plunge. I am happy to report that the Odea has become a favorite in our office, and has been reliable in its first 3 months of use. The key, I believe, is to pay attention to the error messages (out of water, full dredge drawer, etc).
