  • Excessive water in side drip tray - Saeco Odea

    I've had a Saeco Odea (refurbished) for about two weeks now. It easily makes great coffee. BUT I've noticed an excessive amount of water is going into the drip tray behind the service door on the right side. Water also goes into the coffee grounds bin so the coffee pucks are all broken up and settled in the bottom of the bin. The Saeco Italia I used to have never did this, so I'm wondering if this is defect with the machine.
