Summary: The first item sent was a rebuilt product as advertised, however it failed to function property. The dealer replace it with another after first offering to return my money. The second rebuilt product is functioning beautifully.
Summary: I was the proud owner of the original Saeco Incanto Sirius model which far surpassed this Incanto Deluxe in quality. I knew there would be changes to the machine given the price differences between my old Sirius and the new Deluxe but this just screams "entry level and cheap"! My Sirius lasted 9 years and was a workhorse while this piece of plastic has been disappointing. There's too much plastic inside and out.
Summary: I only wish that I could be one of these 5 star reviewers but I can't claim that with the Incanto Deluxe. This was a housewarming gift purchased from CostCo online (I would have bought it from Amazon if I were the type to spend $800 on a Cappuchino machine, but I'm not. I do love Amazon though!). After 2 months of light use (2 - 3 drinks per day) the brew unit came apart. Philips customer service staff were extremely helpful and promptly sent a new brew unit.
Summary: I have had my Saeco Incanto for 5 years. Just sent it in for a tune up but other than that, its been doing a great job. Just be careful not to get oily beans, they will cause the machine to not recognize them as coffee beans. I had to vaccum out the beans and put in less shiny looking beans. There are several ways to control how strong of a coffee you get. 1. Adjust the grind 2. Adjust the aroma in the cup settings 3.
Summary: Have owned a number of Saeco Espresso machines over the years. (More than 10 yrs.). They have all made good to excellent espresso, with adequate milk foaming capabilities. But each machine had minor flaws, either in design, (water capacity too small,), or in execution, ( boiler leaked, etc.). I've had this machine approximately 3 months and it has produced excellent espresso and has very good foaming capability. Two relatively minor flaws prevent a five star review.
Summary: After a rocky start with a defective machine (quickly replaced by Amazon), we are delighted with the Incanto. Other than when we have company, we haven't used our conventional coffee maker since we bought it. My wife loves making lattes. The manual is a bit difficult to interpret, with small pictures, but once you get the hang of it, operation is simple, as is cleaning, which I do weekly. Exceeded our expectations.
Good Machine, Great Coffee, Some things to know after 500 coffees

Summary: This is our first fully automatic espresso machine, we had several other espresso machines (delongi, cuisinart and a Starbucks brand), and this is my far the best we have had so far. The machine is very easy to operate, easy to maintain and clean. With all the settings, I do recommend taking in some time and making the adjustments for the small, medium and large coffees.
Summary: There has been much said in the reviews here about priming the water supply and the "ventilate" message. I have had no trouble at all with that. I left the water tank (full) in place for about 1/2 hour before attempting to use the machine. I ran the steam function first which pumps water through, and as I say there was no problem whatever. Pros Good coffee, both espresso and cappuccino, and lots of adjustability.
