Summary: I a a snowbird from Montréal and living in Florida now in the winter. This is my first year down south. I have an expresso machine in Canada but I wanted a similar one in Florida.Saeco was my first choice then and I still think it is. Ebay was my first try in finding one. To my surprise I found one similar to mine in Canada at about half the price. The unit not new but refurbished was like new, performed as expected and delivered a very good coffee.
Summary: When I opened the box this machine did not work..it had a hard failure. I tried to call Saeco and they have very limited hours when you can call in. I went to their website and emailed my problem and it has been a month and I still have not heard from them. I fixed it on my own after having to take it apart. The grinder wouldn't grind. I took off the plastic cover and reached around the rubber piece and pushed a little button. that seemed to fix it.
Summary: I read reviews of multiple automatic expresso machines (deLonghi, Saeco, Gaggia, etc) and was concerned that most brands tend to have some negative reviews of their selected expresso machine breaking down after some time. Since there was no single review that reports on the reliability of these machines, I decided to take my chance with this expresso machine. The manual of this expresso maker lacks sufficient instructions.
Summary: The seller of the Saeco Incanto Classic was wonderful. Sent it on time. I really like the machine. My only complaint is that the manual was only fair & it took many calls to customer support before I could get a live person. Once I got the person on the phone she was very helpful. I would recommend this coffee/espresso machine.
