Summary: I needed a new coffeemaker and decided to buy a cheaper one this time. The coffee is good and the coffee stays hot is the only thing I like. The buttons for the hour, minute, delayed and on and off are all made cheaply. I just hope it will last for awhile.
Summary: So I got this coffee pot because the one I had previously kept getting plugged up by mineral deposits. I had to clean it about every 3 weeks and that was a big PIA. I've always had coffee pots with all the bells and whistles but the truth of the matter was I didn't use any of them.
Summary: My last Proctor Silex Coffee Maker I had for 21 years. It only had one problem, it was almost impossible to pour coffee without spilling. So we learned to pour coffee over the sink. This design flaw has been fixed in this model so I am hoping for many years with this pot.
