Summary: I like the Senseo (it is the 3rd one I have bought over the years) but it did NOT come with the 72 coffee pods or the 2 pod holders and it was BLACK NOT white like I ordered It is upsetting that the person who listed it for sale was not honest in his/her description--I could not have sent it back...
Summary: Not very pleased with the product. 2 coffee pods must be used to get a strong enough flavor. Coffee with 1 pod is very weak and watery. If the pods aren't position exactly right, water leaks from the coffee maker. Not all cup sizes fit under the dispenser.
Decent starter set but are you ready for the EXPENSIVE PODS

Summary: I thought I would give this a try and lets face it I have the pod holder for my HD7814 with this purchase. The choco pods are deeper than the coffee ones so you need this deeper holder. However the price of the choco pods is 75p each. (See my other review).
Summary: On promotional material it shows a Senseo machine, 2 cups and Dowe-Egbert coffee pads. Forget the cups and the coffee pads, they do not come with the machine....they are extra. We bought some of the pads which are really expensive and are not available in many flavours.
Summary: We were a little disappointed with this machine as the resulting coffee is not very hot. I take milk in my coffee too, so that cools it down even more. AT £60 we felt it was a bit overpriced for the job.
Summary: Maybe I was expecting too much from this coffee duck but I feel slightly let down. Admittedly I have only used it a few times but have found unless you pile in the grounds to the limit the coffee really isn't so strong even using good quality espresso grounds.
Summary: I looked forward so much to getting the hot chocolate. However I found it rather watery and lacking in chocolate. Not nearly as creamy as the coffee. Quite disappointed actually. Also very expensive.
