Summary: I have had one of these machines for six years, as has my business partner, and we have had a third one in our office for about five. All three machines have functioned perfectly making thousands of cups of espresso. The quality of the coffee made is uniformly excellent. It is fully as good as, or better than, most manual machines without the hassle of cleanup. The coffee pods from Nespresso are reasonably priced and uniformly top-quality and fresh.
Summary: My machine broke after 15 months of using an average of 3 caps per day. The heating element apparently went out. Its out of warranty and I find that Espresso doesn't stand behind its product. They'll charge $125 to repair of give me $49 off a new one -- but if its going to break again soon, that's not a good deal. Truth is, the coffee is ok but not great.
Summary: I spent a full week with friends who had a Nespresso machine. Everyday I would have a large cup of the coffee goodness that it makes with ease. I decided that I needed one these machines for myself. My friends bought their machine as rebuilt one from the company. This provides six months of protection from a break down. I debated if I should get the Romeo E350 model. It would be fair to say I saw mixed reviews. I have had it a week and I love my machine.
Summary: I have traveled to Italy and Europe many times....this is the simplest and best espresso I have ever had outside of Italy. WONDERFUL machine...so easy to use. Wonderful Cappucino so easy to make and steam! The coffee choices are INCREDIBLE! I don't recommend it if you just want a regular cup of American coffee. The Nespresso club is also wonderful for accessories.
Summary: I have a superautomatic at home but my Nespresso makes much better coffee. I wanted one for my office because it is super easy -- no muss, no fuss, virtually no cleaning -- and it has proven to be a joy! This model has digital instructions and read out, which makes it virtually foolproof. Yes, you must buy the pods from Nespresso, so coffee costs around 61 cents per cup not including the cost of the Machine.
Summary: I have had several machines over the years and this is the best. The machine is ready and primed in less than one minute. The coffee is excellent and consistent.I do not reccomend the frother . The Froth Au Lait is much better so I use that separately.
Summary: This expresso machine is excellent, I have made over 100 cups of coffee with it so far and have had no problems what so ever, The machine was sold as a refurbished model, but looks just like new, also I got it at 1/3 of the price as new, I researched this machine on the enternet and wanted one but did not want to pay the 685.00 retail price, I had seen a few negative reviews on the machine having some problems, but so far I have had none, The milk frother is a little...
Summary: I have had this machine for a couple months now and use it every day. It makes excellent espresso, latte & coffee at home. It's very fast & the capsules are easy to use with no measure - no mess! There are around 10 different strength levels of coffee to choose from so you can get what's right for you. The decaf choices are also great (wouldn't even know it's decaf!) This high quality machine is worth the extra bucks if you are wanting coffee house espresso at home.
Summary: I love this machine. It is easy to use, no mess, minimal clean up. I don't mind that it uses only Nespresso capsules because every flavor I have tried in amazing. I wish I could buy the coffee at the store, but I think this is a small tradeoff for the value. I have used other machines, and they either make a huge mess with the wet grounds, or the crema or flavor is not there. Best buy I have made in awhile.
