Summary: Regarding the product, even though the box that the machine came in was in bad condition, the product was still intact. I'm very pleased to say that Stellar Depot did a wonderful job on reaching out to me to resolve the situation. Regarding the product itself, it's been absolutely great and I'm really glad with the purchase. It's such a delight to be able to grab an espresso with minimal fuss every morning.
Summary: It's our second machine of exactly this model, but different color. The strange thing is that they stopped making this color about 4 or 5 years ago. It had been sitting in storage somewhere and had a white powdery coating on the metal and black plastic on top that needed to be cleaned off. I thought since the brick color was discontinued so long ago, it was really Carmine that they offered after that, but no. The machine has started out working fine.
Summary: Love my Nespresso!!! Now I can make most of my coffee drinks at home! It's not too loud, on the small side (that's why it's a pixie), but it does it's job! Does not make as much crema as the pictures show, but still makes good espresso. Worth the price I paid for it.
Summary: I was a die-hard fan of the stove-top espresso pot for many years and resisted purchasing the Pixie because I thought it might be a mess to use and clean ( I received a Krups espresso machine many years ago as a gift, and used it only a couple of times-it was such a project to use and the espresso it made was nothing to write home about). I spent a week with my cousin, who happened to have the Pixie and I was hooked!
I don't drink just little shots of espresso I like a mug full

Summary: I bought the Nespresso because I thought the starbucks coffee was costing too much for the Verissimo machine. However with both machines side-by-side I realize why the coffee was cheaper, you get half as much coffee per pod than you do in the Starbucks pods or any pod for the Verissimo. I don't drink just little shots of espresso I like a mug full, you can do it with the Verissimo not the Nespresso. Also you can get a Verissimo machine for $79.
