Summary: I found the Piccolo at 50% discount last November and the machine is still going strong! Easy to use and clean. Thus far, have tried the cappuccino, Lungo, Americano, Espresso, and Chococino and have been greatly satisfied with Cappucino. Lungo is also good and so is hot chocolate even though I'm not much into the latter. It's a lot of fun using clear glass to watch the cappuccino filling the container in black and caramel colors.
Summary: My Dolce Gusto machine has been a big help at university. I got a Keurig for my birthday and didn't like any of their drip coffees. I have always been a latte/cappuccino drinker, but it is a little difficult to make those in a dorm room without a proper espresso machine. This product was the next best thing. I can get my cappuccino/latte fix and it is quite tasty. I wouldn't compare it to one made with an actual espresso machine, but it gets the job done.
Summary: The coffee maker is great. I love it. My concern is finding cuplets to fit my coffee maker..the coffee maker had a starter kit which was good but finding new ones and the kind that one would like is difficult.
Summary: I am a long time loyal senseo user. Lately, the pods are becoming harder to find, and I always wanted something a little more versatile than the senseo so I decided to purchase this machine. So far I am quite happy with it! I like the small amount of counter space it takes, and I like that I can control the strength of my coffee. I have tried the cappuccino, caffe lingo and cafe Americano so far and all three were quite good, better tasting coffee than the senseo.
Summary: I must say I am very pleased with this purchase. So far so good! I was researching this for a while and did not want to spend as much as Nespresso and other brands charge for their machines (sometimes making black coffee only), yet still being able to enjoy specialty coffees without paying a fortune at Starbucks, etc.
Summary: Over the weekend I was at Walmart and they had someone demonstrating the Piccolo and giving out samples. I stopped to watch, then tasted, and I was sold. They were offering a $20 off coupon on the Piccolo, so off I went to Housewares to buy one ($69 with the coupon) even though I kept saying to myself--what the heck do I need this for. Well I found out with the very first Latte Macchiato! I live in a small town these days, after years in the DC Metro area.
Summary: I did not think a machine like this can make my life easier, but its simple to use as well as fast instead of going to store to pay for it to be made. I use it everyday since I got it. It make sense when I used to go buy coffee everyday, this save me time and money, Great investment.
Good if you don't have the time for the real thing

Summary: We already own a Keurig machine and an expresso machine. While I use the Keurig often, the expresso machine hardly gets used due to the time it takes to make one and clean up everything afterwards. That's why I bought this machine for quick expressos and quick capucinos. Overall I am impressed, it makes a decent expresso and capucino very quickly and it does not take much counter space. Also the machine seems fairly sturdy.
