    Was given this product for a Christmas gift. Within ten months it was pouring water out the bottom. I couldn't pour the water in and turn it on fast enough so there was always water on the counter. Sent it back, (had to pay shipping across Canada to the east). It came back six weeks later. I used if for about 8 months and it started to leak again. Emailed the company and was told to send it back again and that they were doing me "a favour" because they had already repaired it once for free! Also told me I had to pay shipping again. This company sucks as bad as their merchandise ...
