Summary: I love the convenience of this item as I don't drink an entire pot of coffee BUT I got a PRIME error an could not use the item after this error came up. I did all the troubleshooting things but nothing worked. I purchased mine on 10/28/2012 so it was out of warranty. I called Keurig and they offered me a replacement for $79.00 which I declined. They transferred me to someone else who agreed to replace it free of charge.
Summary: Prime Error! I had a unit for 3 years without a problem. It went bad, didn't make the same volume of coffee per cup, so we replaced it with the same K75 unit from Costco. Well, Costco must've gotten a bad batch...I'm on my 4th unit. The first 3 had the Prime Error after the first cup of coffee. Doing all the trouble shooting didn't help...had to return.
Pros: easy to use.
Cons: prime error! message seems to plague this unit.
Summary: I have this machine but something wrong with mine its not hot enough, we have Keurig cheaper model at work which make better and hotter coffee, same Starbucks Kcup, House blend medium taste better, stronger and hotter at work
Summary: We are on our THIRD Keurig but not necessarily the same model. With the last two, they went dead during the month of May, meaning only one year of use. The one we are using now is 10 months old (this is March) ...will it go DEAD in May and after the warranty period?
Summary: Guess I should have read the reviews. This is our 3rd Keurig and we love them, except for this model. Bought it at Xmas and after using it for a month we had trouble with priming..Had to continually re-sit the water tank, very annoying. I returned it. I want another one but think I will go back to the lesser model like the other two we have..
Summary: I bought this product from Costco about 5 weeks ago. Seemed to work fine, until yesterday when the coffee would go into the reservoir instead of the cup. I shut it off a couple of times, dumped out the water and refilled, went through 3 k-cups and it still won't work. Am going to exchange it this weekend for another one, and if that gives me problems, will not be buying another Keurig product.
Summary: We have (had) a K65, and it lived up to it's billing--fast, decent coffee. However, we had priming problems after about 6 months of ownership which were not resolved with the de-scaling and cleaning called for by Keurig. Ultimately, the main pump failed completely after ownership of less than 18 months. About to try Keurig number 2, fingers crossed.
Pros: fast easy decent coffee
Cons: reliability--poor for an expensive coffee maker
