Summary: We are on our THIRD Keurig but not necessarily the same model. With the last two, they went dead during the month of May, meaning only one year of use. The one we are using now is 10 months old (this is March) ...will it go DEAD in May and after the warranty period?
Summary: Firstly, the coffee is pretty weak. Second, the five preset sizes are no good. The largest travel mug size doesn't even fill up most of my regular coffee cups. Always have to run the machine twice to get a full cup of coffee. That said, I love the idea of a keurig. Fast and mess free gets me out of the door in the morning way better than a traditional coffee maker; which is exactly what i bought it for.
Summary: Same problems as the other reviews. The 2 positive reviews..they haven't had them long enough, you'll be hearing from them. My Keurig is 20mos old, will never work again, even after de-scaling, paperclipping etc. $179.95 + tax. Customer service best o ... ffer $79.95 for a new pot? Think I'll buy a lottery ticket the odds are better!
Summary: I've had 3 replacements in two years and they all failed appx every 6-8 months. Great way to make good fresh coffee, but there is nothing more frustrating than waking up to a broken coffee maker when you need coffee. I'm still debating if I should ge ... t a new one or just forfeit the $100 worth of cups.
