Summary: This thing probably made one of the worst cups of coffee that I have ever had. I was initially drawn to the ease of quickly being able to make a hot cup. It came with a bunch of k-cups, which I hardly used and ended up giving away. Also not to environmentally friendly. I then moved on to grinding my own coffee and using the filter that came with the Costco set.
Pros: on demand hot water on demand water downed coffee
Cons: weak coffee grinds in the bottom if you use your own grounds
Summary: The solenoid and pump design and fab are inferior. Perform a Google search for a number of discussions re this most frequent failure mode. Keurig has been aware of this issue (as well as others) for some time. Purchase from COSTCO, don't submit the warrantee info to Keurig and simply return unit for a new one-as long as you are sufficiently tolerant to endure Keurig's inferior operation.
Summary: I made 4 cups of coffee with this brewer over the course of two weeks. The 5th time, it just barely dripped water into the cup and stopped. Reservoir was full so no idea why it refused to brew. So frustrating, I was so excited over this machine. Back it goes.
Summary: Am about to return my 4th unit to Costco. The latest one has lasted the longest; almost two years. The others have lasted from three to six months. They just quit working. The one I am currently returning won't even power up. After two years of use, if Costco refunds my money for this one, that's great. I just want them (and Keurig) to know these coffee makers are not made for the long haul. I still have a Mr. Coffee that works great and has for over 20 years.
Pros: makes a decent cup of coffee every time coffee quality depends on k-cup purchased
Cons: will eventually quit sooner rather than later
Summary: We purchased this product about 3 months ago and at first this product seemed to be the answer to our prayers - as our daily coffee routine changes daily we figured we wouldn't be wasting as much. However, no matter how many add-ons we have purchased to use our own coffee or different kcups we have tried; the coffee quality just wasn't there.
Summary: Our Keurig pot makes delicious hot coffee. It is really convenient. However, after 3 months it failed to prime and would not work. Keurig replaced it immediately. Today, 5 months later, the same problem started again. We will not purchase one again.
Summary: I've purchased 2 of these and my brother has one. They constantly won't pump out the water. I've cleaned it over and over. I've done everything recommended as to how to resolve the issue. My brother has the same complaint. I love the idea of this, but the machine is expensive and it doesn't work.
Pros: don't have to clean a coffee pot every day don't waste coffee you can vary cup size and temperature dispenses coffee quickly
Cons: doesn't pump out water frequently k-cups are on the expensive side
Summary: I would not recommend this coffee maker to anyone. Despite its convenience, it just doesn't last very long. Sad for a product that is so expensive. I had my B70 for a little over two years, making an average of 3 cups a day, not a very high volume, For about 6 months it acted up with the pump sometimes not performing or making strange noises before putting out one ounce, and then going through a reset to force it to work.
Summary: this is my second Keurig, first one lasted 5 yrs..then the pump went out, I thought 5 yrs was pretty good, on the cheaper model. now let the fun begin..upgraded to the K70 from costco, it lasted maybe 2months, brought back with no problems to get another one, well it only took this time 2 weeks for the pump to go out... brought back again, i was so unhappy with Keurig not sure if I want to try again..PLEASE Keurig fix the pumps...
