Excerpt: This is the first Keurig I've owned. We have had it about a year. My hubby makes coffee and other k cup drinks, which work well. He has used it for cold iced kcups as well as hot. I use it to get hot water for tea.
Summary: The K75 worked great for about 9 months. Then stream reduced to a trickle and only filled cups partially. Got to the point of being useless. In doing some research on the net, discovered this was a very common problem that has NO quick fixes (don't bother with any of the burping, cleaning, tweaking,...
Disposable junk -- company will not repair -- $200 machines doesn't last 2 years.

Summary: Keurig machines are disposable junk. For $200 you get a machine that lasts less than 2 years. When it fails after warranty, all they offer is "discount" on a new one -- basically a "Black Friday" price, 1/3 off retail. Wow! The new 2.0 machines are "improved"...to increase Keurig profits.
WONDERFUL Product. IN DEPTH REVIEW HERE WITH EXTRA INFORMATION FROM THE COMPANY.

Summary: This is totally worth the money. I have some information I got from Keurig that will be helpful to those who have not bought this item or are thinking about buying this specific brand. Firstly, I bought mine from Big Lots because that is the only place around me that had it.
If you are using the keurig at a cold start it takes a good 5 minutes to get that first cup-

Summary: My sister purchased this for me as a birthday gift because frankly I wanted one. Though as most of us know to make coffee, tea, most hot beverages it is you get hot water and just pour it over the coffee, tea, etc. So... Why does this machine cost more than $100?

Summary: Love love love I use it ever day sometimes several times, used for coffee and tea. Can make several cups without refilling. Great flow, easy to clean, makes smooth hot delicious coffee, and the convenient menu options let me have it on and warming water when I'm ready and auto shut off when I'm...
Summary: These things are great while they last, but they just don't last. This was my fourth Keurig. I went with a more expensive model with better reviews in hopes of it lasting longer. It did not. The pump just died, about 4 months over the 1 year warranty.

Summary: I received the K75 for a Christmas gift and I love it. I, like many, started having problems with the pot within a short period of time. It was having problems refilling the hot water Reservoir from the water tank and might only make a small cup of coffee.
Summary: Got this when we returned the previous Platinum brewer. We usually check the tank for scale buildup, etc. but one day after being away for a week we found a green film of what we think was algae.
