    My husband and I recieved this Dec 2010 as a Christmas present. It worked wonderful for the first 3 months. After that my husband deployed and as he is the coffee drinker, it was used sparingly by me and the kids to make tea or cocoa or apple cider. After owning and using it for 8 months it started only filling the cup about 3 oz on the largest setting. I cleaned it constantly and followed all the directions that it came with. Today 13.5 months after owning it, it DIED!!! KAPUT! GONE! R.I.P! I called Keurig and explained everthing to them. They are sending me a replacement one, EVEN THOUGH my warranty ran out 6 weeks ago! Found that they are customer friendly!

    I purchased this machine 2 weeks ago, and alas it stopped working this morning. Just dripping, no stream at all. I am returning it and getting a Cuisinart. I should have reviewed it first.

  • Dilutioin of coffee flavor

    When using the larger 11.25 oz. size dispenser, other than using "bold" k-cups, (30% more coffee than regular k-cups), how can one stop the dilution of the coffee? Use a smaller size, make multiple cups?
