... gave it 4 stars because the coffee isn't the greatest coffee you'll ever drink

Summary: I only gave it 4 stars because the coffee isn't the greatest coffee you'll ever drink. It's really good, but to get 5 stars I think it should be just as good as going to a good coffee house. That said, it doesn't suck. It's good, and the convenience of not having to put grounds in a drip maker or take the time to use a french press are invaluable. Just throw in your cup, hit the button, and go get ready for work. Can't beat that.
Watch out - Keurig no longer allows any biodegradable coffee container options

Summary: These older models are the only Keurigs that allow you to use your own coffee. However, they are no longer being manufactured, so there are very few of these older model Keurigs left. Keurig's new K-models DO NOT fit a filter cup anymore, so you can't use your own coffee, and, even much more importantly, the new K models don't accept biodegradable K cups.
Summary: Our mother-in-law purchased this model for us for Christmas last year (2013). We were very excited, but disappointed off the bat. First of all, it never brewed the amount indicated for the larger brew. We called Keurig and they told us we may have needed to de-scale the machine from the beginning. I've never heard of a coffee machine that needs to be de-scaled before use!? She told us to purchase the de-scaling/decalcification solution.
Summary: I love this Coffe maker, the only problem I see is with the kcups of Swiss Miss they don't desolve all the way, sometimes there is a very small amount of cocoa left over. But coffee wise this brewer works great. Brews coffee very fast, I also purchased with my Keurig a reusable filter for four dollars at Walmart.
