Summary: I have another coffeemaker in this model. It makes great coffee. Although it depends on the kind of coffee and amount of grounds you use. Anyway, its one of the few makers that is not black. Its very cool looking with its sleek chrome design.
Summary: Ditto to all the other bad reviews. Good looking but carafe drips, has plastic handle so dishwasher is not recommended. No automatic turn-off after 2 hours, water tank has cracked at bottom so it leaks - Kalorik wants $40 to replace tank! I've had it 2 years so out of warranty. VERY disappointed!
Summary: What can I say about this coffee maker. Looks nice,, works terrible. On the second day after I received it the little lever for the pause and serve broke. There is no auto shut of or start. At least 5 times I have walked in to a kitchen covered in coffee grounds and hot water after the little hole the water is supposed to pour through became clogged. Today I through the hole thing in the garbage where it belonged the whole time. DON'T BUY THIS PIECE OF CRAP!!!
Summary: I loved the look--so much i bought a second after the first one died after only 6 months. It just quit---the light was the only part still working. It also had problems with the silver/chrome lid being plastic and crinkling up off the top. But ever the idiot, I bought a second---this time it lasted one month and 3 days before it quit working----same thing--heating and pump both just quit with NO warning in AM.
Not worth your effort, buy a different brand/model!

Summary: We bought the Onyx black model (slightly different - )from MyHabit for 49.95, mostly because of the looks and price. I still like the look, however here is why you should avoid buying the coffee maker: 1) We have never succeeded in poring a drip-free cup of coffee. I think this is because of the metal lit on the carafe. It seems to collect water while brewing coffee and consequently drips...
Summary: Just took it out of the box and will be returning it tomorrow. Strange shape - very very narrow, which explains why it's pictured practically sideways. I put it out on the counter in front of the plug and it wasn't even wide enough to cover the double plug in the wall. You could see the wall plug and the black cord - an ugly black cord!!!! Why black? A clear cord would have worked better. There's no way to hide the black cord behind the narrow body of the thing.
Summary: TERRIBLE PRODUCT. I AM AN ARCHITECT AND I AM WILLING TO SACRIFICE SOME BASIC FUNCTIONS IN THE NAME OF DESIGN, BUT THIS THING IS SIMPLY FLAWED THROUGH OUT. I HAVE ALREADY EXCHANGED IT ONCE AND NOW THE SECOND ONE HAS DETERIORATED BEYOND USE AS WELL! THE SHINY CHROME LOOK IS JUST A HEAT SHRINK FILM THAT...GUESS WHAT...COMES APART WHEN IT GETS HOT! AND HOT IT GETS, THOUGH SOME HOW THE COFFEE ITSELF DOESN'T GET HOT ENOUGH. THE LED LIGHT EVEN WENT OUT ALREADY.
Summary: I bought this coffee maker a year ago.. its beautiful.. in fact i bought the whole set (toaster, blender) within the first month the top of the coffee maker (where the steam comes out) started to ripple up. (its not all crome)then the spring which lets the coffee come out came apart when i went to clean it. (So if I take the coffee pot out from under the coffee maker, it continues to drain) then the top of the coffee pot fall off.. but it still works..
