Summary: we've had two jura super automatic espresso makers, the last was the z5. we had the z5 for 7 years and it finally died, so we hesitated about sending that one in or purchasing this one. so glad we went for it.
Summary: This is a VERY quiet machine, and while I haven't tried all the bells and whistles, it makes excellent coffee and espresso. I also like the fact it has a large water reservoir, and a large bean container. It's also quite attractive, and is small enough to fit under our kitchen counter.
Summary: This is our 4th Jura machine over the years. Especially love this one's sleek, modern look. But best of all it makes delicious coffee, espresso, cappuccino, macchiatto, and other products by just touching buttons.
Pros: looks great easy to use makes great tasting products.
Summary: Previously, I owned a Jura Impressa J6 for almost three years. I currently use my Z7 least twice a day. This is my 3 month review. I love this machine. It's made me an espresso snob and instead of helping me cut back on Starbucks, I drink more coffee all the time.
Pros: pulls the perfect espresso! makes a superb latte brews great coffee everything is frothy automatic cleaning cycles stylish looks easy to clean exterior
Cons: not for causal coffee drinkers doesn't brew very hot coffee shouldn't use oily beans automatic cleaning cycles needs filters and cleaning tablets coffee is not its specialty lots of rules to follow
Summary: We have owned a Z7 for 7 + years, and have made well over 10,000 cappuccinos. This machine has been a workhorse. We are on our second rebuilt motor--a small cost compared to a new machine, and the customer service at Jura is the absolute best.
Pros: excellent coffee drinks; options for size/temp etc customer service machine quality
Cons: can get stuck in "cleaning" or "decalcifying" mode must use jura cleaning products--but work well
Summary: This is our third Jura and by far the one that makes the best cappuccino. The feature that allows you to make specialty coffees without moving the cup is very convenient. The froth is of excellent quality. The build of this machine is sturdier than Saeco and other Juras we've owned before.
Pros: excellent specialty coffee with great foam convenience sturdy build
Summary: I've owned the Impressa Z7 for 2 years and it's performed flawlessly every day. The negative reviews on here must be fake from jealous competitors, because this is I believe the best, easiest to use and own coffee machine on the market.
Summary: Despite reading the previous reviews, and with a great deal of trepidation, I bought one of the Z7 machines to upgrade my Jura C5 which is now in the office. So far I have found it to be exactly as I expected.
Summary: My husband bought this machine which I thought very expensive, however I have had more coffee than I ever had with our Gaggia machine. The espresso coffee I am assured by my daughter and husband is plenty hot enough. My husband drinks latte and I drink capuccino.
