Summary: Top price...bottom reliability. I have owned 6 Jura espresso makers. This is the most expensive and also the most unreliable. Electronics were consistently unreliable from day one. Water would not come through regularly for the espresso but would flow easily from the hot water spout.

Summary: After using the machine for only three weeks the frothing attachment came off, apparently broken from using the spoon "wrench" when putting on a nipple during the cleaning process. Doing so, even gently because all parts are plastic, I would not recommend doing.

Summary: i made a bad decision to buy this machine thinking that being made in Switzerland and being very expensive it had to be the best, well how wrong was I! The coffee produced is barely luke warm and the milk is cooler, the hot water is not hot at all and so the drink produced is awful.
