I wish everyone knew the truth about the quality of these machines!

Summary: If I could choose no stars, I would. And I have a lot of experience with this companies machines. I actually haven't written a review before because Ive got so much going on with three businesses it frustrates be to be in a position with such a high ticket item that if I do write a review, it will...
Summary: I have owned 2 machines by Capresso. First a C3000 that needed a new pump before the waranty period was up. After being without the machine for nearly a month, it was returned w/o charge. It began acting up 2 or 3 months later. Coffee was not as strong. Pump did not pump consistantly.
Summary: Having had an amazing cup of coffee at a neighbors house (made by a Z5), I was sold. Two weeks later, our Starbucks solution had arrived. As mentioned by other reviewers, the coffee, lattes, caps, etc... were excellent and the machine performed as advertised.
Summary: This machine has given us problems almost since day one. We've owned it about three years, don't make more than a dozen cups a week, and we've suffered through too many frustrations due to its many high-maintenance issues. Error messages abound. And don't think we haven't babied our investment.
Summary: My husband and I were sold on this machine about 3 years ago from trying the espresso from it at William Sonoma. We bought it and within a month of use, water started to leak all over the counter and has ever since when there is a full tank of water.
Summary: We've had our Jura Impressa Z5 since 2007. There was almost no use for the first two years, followed by a year of making one cup a day. From the beginning, the coffee only tasted so-so, not nearly as good as what we used to make with our old Saeco purchased at Starbucks.
Summary: I've waited three years before writing a review. I bought this elsewhere. This is my first product review. It's a bit long, but felt I should share in detail since we are talking about spending upwards of $2000+! I don't want anyone to go through what I am experiencing.
Summary: Not only is the American based service center unreasonable on the telephone, but the quality of their repairs is horrible. I sent my DEFECTIVE and under warranty Z5 to them for repair. They repaired it all right. It made horrible noises and the pump sounded like a freight train.
