Summary: We enjoyed our machine for a number of years, but when it began to malfunction we received the worst service from their support department in Closter,NJ. Mr. Rodriguez, who presented himself as manager, engaged in a shouting match with me for no apparent reason. Calls to the CEO were not returned.
Summary: This machine is so easy to use! Turned my husband into loving a good coffee almost as much as I do! This machine walks you through every step needed from cleaning, to adding beans, and water. Even when to dump your grounds! Literally takes 1 minute to make a great cup of cappuccino!!

Summary: We did a bit of research before purchasing: online and with our neighbors and friends. This brand kept popping up. We ordered the Impressa S9 One Touch and have been super pleased so far. The coffee is so good that we never feel inclined to go to Starbucks...ever.
Summary: We had a Jura S9 from almost 9 years ago and decided to get a new coffee machine so we went with a Breville. Mistake. Within a week we sent the Breville machine back and upgraded to the contemporary version of the S9. Unbelievable! It's what gets me out of bed at a decent hour every morning.
Summary: Just got done cleaning up yet another broken cup, caused by a horribly designed machine that does not give enough space for one's cup while making a latte (or any beverage needing steamed milk).
Summary: This is the third Capresso I have had. It is the most confused machine. The first one a C1500 lasted about 6 years and was sent in 2-3 times for repairs. It had a frother wand. . The second one an S8 lasted about 6 years and was sent in 3 times for repairs when it went out again. It had a wand.
I am stuck without a machine, after trying THREE of the Jura high ticket products.

Summary: We had an older Jura Impressa for about 12 years and it finally died. We decided rather than repairing it to replace it. We are loving the reconditioned Jura Impressa S9. Easy to set up and use. And outstanding espresso and coffee.
Summary: At first, we were quite impressed with the S9 One Touch. The programming was relatively easy, the coffee (cappuccinos and macchiatos) with the steamed milk came out tasting good. However, the milk never gets very hot and the prepared coffee with milk had to be heated in the microwave.
Summary: I was very disappointed with the quality of my S9. After going through the somewhat complicated start-up process (very sloppy and haphazard directions), I was rewarded with exactly 1 cup of coffee.
