Summary: Purchased a F7/F8 Jura in 2008, worked great for 6 years until the electronics went out. Purchased the F50 in 2014 for considerably more money. The frothing tube has never worked satisfactory. Many calls to the Help center, now it just warms the milk as it goes thru the tube and no froth.
Summary: I don't have time to go to coffee shops in the morning so it was worth the splurge on this machine. In the long run, it saves us a ton of money versus the daily coffee shop purchases and the quality of the grind to brew to cup is superior. Cleaning is a breeze so far. No issues.
Summary: Machine arrived promptly and was very easy to setup and use, except the coffee grinder did not work. With ground coffee, the machine produced a rich cup of coffee. We did return the unit as the Jura service center did not offer any service alternatives.
Summary: I am so glad they brought this model back. I have tried other Brands and more expensive models of Jura Impressa. When they discontinued this model, the more expensive model did not have the same flavor.
Summary: We returned another competitors machine because of problems and purchased this machine in its place. We have had this machine for a year now and made over 800 cups of cappuccinos. I think the key to an excellent cup of cappuccino or coffee is the machine and the type of beans you use.
Pros: easy of use great cappuccino save $$$
Cons: need to heat cup for a really hot cappuccino
