Summary: I love this machine. It makes a nice cup of espresso (or an Americano), with no muss or fuss. It's super easy to clean, relatively quiet, and it's very quick to make espresso from whole beans. The spout moves up and down and will accommodate a thermal coffee mug. There is no milk steamer on this model, but since I just drink coffee, that's not a problem for me.
Summary: I was happily awaiting this ENA since spending 8 weeks in Europe and coming to terms with the fact that my Nespresso capsule machine was not making me happy. Prior to the Nespresso, I had a Jura Capresso for 10 years, the capsule thing never felt right so I finally paid out and bought the ENA. Its beautiful and perfectly sized. Right from the start it was a disappointment as my first cup of coffee only managed to catch half the stream.
Pros: the integrated frother cappuccino button
Cons: misses the cup water comes before coffee shot rinse cycle uses to much water reserve
Summary: I experienced the exquisite espresso and coffee from this machine at a friend's house. I researched and waited a year before I took the leap and purchased one for my own home. I am absolutely in love with everything about this machine. It has seriously changed my view on coffee. I would rather have the liquid gold that comes from this machine than any other coffee shop output. Sorry Starbucks. Daddy has a brand new bag and it's delicious.
Summary: I am amending my previous 1 star review. My machine did not break after six months, but it did jam for no reason other than humidity I am told. The coffee it makes is great, but if you live somewhere humid, be sure to vacuum out the grinder every few months. Customer care was good, and I got the machine working again. It makes great coffee, but just make sure you follow every step for cleaning and care, or you might have issues.
Summary: Let me start by saying that several months ago, after much research, this was the machine I was planning to buy. However, I decided to scratch the idea of a fully automatic machine for a separate bean grinder and espresso machine. Although it was much cheaper, that turned out to be a very big mistake, as it was much more work trying to get a great shot every time from mediocre equipment.
Summary: It was simple and convenient. The espresso was good but the temperature was not hot enough. The first one did not work and I struggled with it. It did not recognize there were beans so I returned it. The second one was out of order in one week. I won't buy any products of this company.
