expensive lukewarm coffee

make mine strong, Amazon
7 March 2014
  • Summary: After a few months my Jura ena 4 stopped working and was signaling odd instructions at me (like %;(*&^%$$@@!T%#@). It was still under warranty, and was fixed free of charge. Now, two years later, it leaks. They can fix it for $200. The machine cost $800. You can buy a lot of already made coffee for that kind of money, and have them deliver it. Here are the highlights: Pro: It makes good coffee. If you drink it black.

versatile-- you have frothing options

John Belmonte, Amazon
31 August 2013
  • Summary: We've had this machine for about 4 years now after heavy lobbying by my wife to buy a floor unit from a local store. I started as a complete coffee novice and have been learning gradually, but still haven't outgrown this machine and appreciate it more every year. I'll start with a secret: no one reviewing the ENA 3 or 4 seems to be aware that you can easily change out the stock frothing wand with Jura's "frothXpress" device. It usually comes with the newer models (e.g.

Great coffee at home for less than $4.50

Dannette, coffeemakers.com
25 July 2013
  • Summary: Way less. I must say, the instructions/DVD was daunting, but its fairly simple once you use it. I'm just tired of having to go to a coffee shop to get good coffee. This is the machine for me. I can sip coffee, read the paper all in my pajamas or less. I can't wait for our next dinner party. Espresso, anyone?
  • Pros: Easy To Clean, Easy To Use, Quiet

So far so good

Virginia, coffeemakers.com
31 October 2012
  • Summary: After doing a TON of research (our Delonghi Magnifico broke after 4 years of heavy use) we decided to go with this machine. Online reviews were great and so far the steam wand hasn't popped off once. Love how easy this machine is to use. Plus, it seems the simpler the machine the less to break? We are hoping that's the case with this one. Bean tank is plenty big and so far the small water tank hasn't been too bothersome. Overall we love it.
  • Pros: Great Taste, Quick Brewing, Simple To Use Stylish
  • Cons: Coffee Could Be Hotter

Impressed with capresso

Latte man, Amazon
22 July 2012
  • Summary: We moved up from a Nespresso machine which we were very satisfied with, but we really love our Jura. We like experimenting with different coffee blends. I only drink lattes but my wife and daughter prefer coffee but drink lattes also. The Jura is the perfect machine for all of us. It is so flexible and we are not tied to the Nespresso pods. We are very happy with our decision.
