Summary: After a few months my Jura ena 4 stopped working and was signaling odd instructions at me (like %;(*&^%$$@@!T%#@). It was still under warranty, and was fixed free of charge. Now, two years later, it leaks. They can fix it for $200. The machine cost $800. You can buy a lot of already made coffee for that kind of money, and have them deliver it. Here are the highlights: Pro: It makes good coffee. If you drink it black.
Summary: I have owned my ENA 4 now for a year and it is working like it did when it was new. The coffee shot it produces is better than what I get at Star.... But it does have a flaw. The steam wand is a problem, it does pop off at times. The water tank is a bit small but the overall size of the machine is small and it doesn't take up much space on my counter. This thing froths milk really fast and doesn't run out of steam. I took a star due to the wand and the small water tank.
Summary: It is beautiful, that's one of the things I liked about ENA4, very compact and minimalist. I've had it for 6 months now and it has delivered my java fix of a very large cappuccino to go every morning since (I fill my thermos with 4 shots of espressos and about the same amount of milk frothed).
Summary: I bought this machine 1.5 years ago, and I have to say that this is much better than the plain coffee brewer. The coffee is even a little too strong (despite the various settings), but I got used to it and was happy for a while. Unfortunately, the machine got clogged somewhere between the grinder the the brew assembly, so the beans don't really get there and I constantly get a "fill beans" message. Basically, it doesn't work anymore.
Jura Ena 4 makes amazing coffee with nice layer of crema

Summary: I purchased this coffee machine after drinking amazing coffee during my trips to Europe. I highly recommend this machine if you are looking for a coffee maker that delivers strong, rich coffee with lots of crema. This model is great if you don't want a HUGE machine and if you mostly just make espresso and coffee (and not milk-based drinks).
Summary: We've had this machine for about 4 years now after heavy lobbying by my wife to buy a floor unit from a local store. I started as a complete coffee novice and have been learning gradually, but still haven't outgrown this machine and appreciate it more every year. I'll start with a secret: no one reviewing the ENA 3 or 4 seems to be aware that you can easily change out the stock frothing wand with Jura's "frothXpress" device. It usually comes with the newer models (e.g.
