No Spill, no drip. For us, good choice over Kuerig 2.0

ElaineJ, Amazon

  • Summary: I was hesitant to purchase this coffee maker because of the many reviews describing pouring, dripping, spilling problems. Ours pours nicely. It doesn't have a spilling or dripping problem. I do not need to be over the sink to pour from it. Maybe the problem has been fixed.

This coffee maker isn't worth the box it's shipped in...

Victory Girl, Amazon

  • Summary: I don't believe I have ever reviewed anything a 1 star (okay, I just looked and I guess I have), but I absolutely detest this coffee maker. 1. I don't care how carefully I pour, the carafe dribbles everywhere. It's not just me, it does that for everyone in the house. 2.

Great Concept.... Poor reliability.

Travis F., Amazon
7 February 2015
  • Summary: I really enjoyed this coffee maker. It does exactly what it said it would do. The coffee is good and it brews on a timer into separate to go cups. The to go cups leave a little to be desired but if you search around you can find other cups that fit into the slots.

I really like this coffee maker

M. Wall, Amazon
31 December 2014
  • Summary: I really like this coffee maker. The only thing I miss is a sneak a cup option but otherwise it is best coffee maker we have owned in years. Brews hot and fast. Love the versatility. I can brew right into my own mug or the coffee pot. I would buy again. We got this for under $20 fabulous deal.

I like the older version better because the coffee pot (carafe) ...

Tobias, Amazon
27 December 2014
  • Summary: We had one of the previous versions of this coffee maker for about 12 years before the heating element finally gave out. I like the older version better because the coffee pot (carafe) was insulated with glass.

Mostly great

M. Metcalf "kansas fanatic", Amazon
20 December 2014
  • Summary: I love the convenience of this coffeemaker. Previous posters complained about coffee grounds coming out of the filter, but I haven't experienced that at all. The stainless steel carafe doesn't keep the coffee quite as warm as I'd like, but I'm someone who likes her coffee close-to-scalding hot.

We purchased this to replace one just like it that was about 10 yrs old

Cynthia, Amazon
13 December 2014
  • Summary: We purchased this to replace one just like it that was about 10 yrs old. (The LED clock timer display went out) We loved it so much. We especially like the fact that the coffee never gets strong sitting on a warmer, never burns. The auto timer ensures we have perfect coffee waiting ever morning.

Great Hot Coffee for Hours!

Amazon Customer, Amazon
5 December 2014
  • Summary: This makes excellent coffee! It keeps the coffee hot for hours. I was replacing a keurig and had wanted to buy a new one, but after the product reviews I changed my mind. Then I purchased a different Hamilton Beach coffee maker and that had too many parts (it was the one that also uses kcups and...

We liked it so well we bought one for our house

Scottymn, Amazon
28 November 2014
  • Summary: We bought this coffee maker for our motor home about two years ago. We liked it so well we bought one for our house. The best thing about this coffee maker is that there is no warming element that keeps the coffee pot warm after its brewed.

Ok, but not 5 star OK

marvaloma, Amazon
26 November 2014
  • Summary: Works well enough. Still getting more coffee in the right cup than the left. Do not put the cups upright in the dishwasher!! Then H2O gets inside the parts of the cup. Instead, put the thermal cups inside the dishwasher on a slant (upside down but slanted)with the top of the thermal cup on the down...
