Summary: Makes good coffee. I used tap water, hard water, to start and found deposit quickly build up in the center. I have to use vinegar to clean the calcium deposit. I then use distill water to make coffee and no more build up. Made a run for 40 cup coffee.
Summary: Works really well. We bought it for use at our son's wedding reception in our home and it was fast. Particularly like the lower heating level once it has finished brewing. We had tasty hot coffee for a couple of hours instead of stewed coffee or cold coffee.
Summary: This product is very nice and brews good coffee. The instructions are clear. The cord is a bit short and I needed an extension cord at church. A note of caution is the way of dispensing the coffee; instead of the typical spigot and lever, it has a pressure switch that one pushes against with the...
Summary: Have only used this for two tournaments so far. In both instances it worked really well. The coffee is really hot and tastes so much better than our old pot used to make. We haven't had the problem with the unit sliding around.
A great countertop coffee maker - super price, too!

Summary: We bought the HB48465 to replace an older similar style coffee maker. A reservoir type coffee maker is the way to go - the small heating element keeps your coffee warm, but doesn't burn or evaporate it like the old "hot plate" style does.
Summary: We don't entertain much BUT this urn is perfect for when our large family of coffee drinkers gets together even if it's just for an afternoon visit! I have even used it for heating water so that the grand-kids can have hot chocolate or hot applet cider during the cool winter months.
Summary: Great price after I shopped everywhere. Shipping was included so I did not have to drive anywhere I was delived right to my door. Its a single wall coffee urn that has a basket inside that purculates, follow the directions and the coffee had a great taste.
Summary: This was a great buy! I got this for my paramedic class and have been using it almost daily ever since it arrived. 40 cups takes about 25 to 30 minutes and the students make one or two pots a day. No problems - it's working fine and everybody is HAPPY.
