  • Pros: No coffee pot

  • Summary: I would avoid this coffee machine if brewing few cups and due to design flaws.
  • Pros: Timed brewing and brew strength options. One container for brewing and filling.
  • Cons: Dispensing spout works poorly for 4 cups or less. The machine always drips after dispensing.

Good but not as good as previous model we had

Ciya, Bestbuy
8 February 2013
  • Summary: We had a previous model and loved it. They actually made the design worse on this one, hard to pour water into the reservoir without spillng it.
  • Pros: love the dispenser - keeps coffee hotter than carafe
  • Cons: very awkard to fill the water from the container.

Decent coffee maker

indyowner, Bestbuy

  • Summary: We bought this coffee maker to replace one with a carafe. Because we wear out the maker before the carafe.

The Good, the Bad and the Ugly

A. Boyd "Boydbrain", Amazon
28 December 2011
  • Summary: The Good Intuitive controls. Clock, timer, etc. are super-easy to figure out; we did not need the instructions to get it set up. The display is bright and can double as a nightlight. Somewhat attractive design. Makes good coffee. Also makes iced coffee if you like. The Bad Feels like there are too many parts to disassemble/reassemble to make coffee.

Gets water everywhere

Shayne, reviews.lowes.com
13 July 2010
  • Summary: I had an older, non-programmable one and loved it. It finally wore out and I got this one. I like the features and it makes great coffee, but you get water everywhere when you refill it. It condensates to the lid and bottom of the filter tray, leaking water all over the counter and floor. I will be returning it.
