Summary: I bought this in May 2013. For the last six months, it has been clogging. My wife has cleaned the drain several times, but the coffee just trickles out. It is so frustrating that we are now in the market for new coffee maker and we will avoid Hamilton Beach.
Summary: This was the second one that I bought because I really like the concept; however, I had problems with both. The newest coffeemaker didn't last as long as the first. It started leaking the coffee down into the water reservoir as the coffee was brewing. There was another problem with the first one.
Summary: DECEMBER 2012-Really nice, just like my old Hamilton Beach 12 cupper. This one tells me when it is done brewing. Thank you for having this in stock. MARCH 10, 2013 ABOVE WAS MY FIRST REVIEW, IT PUCKED LAST NIGHT 3 MONTHS AFTER PURCHASE.
Summary: First we purchased a Cuisinart, that wound up replaced after six months by Cuisinart. When the second one quit working we decided to try the Hamilton Beach. It leaked all over the counter, dripped in the front, then one day decided not to work anymore - after about six months. No more of these.
Summary: We have tried two of these coffee makers as we liked the idea of it. They each worked for about a year and a half fine....then they started leaking all over the place. Brother in law has one and it does the same. We cleaned and cared for it properly--Poor quality!
Summary: Bought this coffee maker on 9 April, 2001. Made 9 pots of coffee over 9 days. Unit stopped wornking on the 10th day. Returned it , got the same model (thought I'd give it another try), made another pot,set the timer, worked fine.
Regular coffee & travel mugs don't work with this product

Summary: When my old Hamilton Beach brew station died, I bought the less expensive Hamilton beach but it leaked. So I purchased the BrewStation Summit Ultra, #48465, and am extremely disappointed. Apparently the designers don't drink coffee or didn't test the design.
Summary: I purchased this at Target because my husband loves the design of the no-coffee pot, and we had the older model Brewstation, which I found to be bulky and ugly. This one was much more streamlined, so I decided to go for it.
Summary: We bought this coffee maker yesterday and immediately made a pot of coffee. It worked fine and the coffee tasted good. This morning we made coffee again and it tasted so bad we couldn't drink it. We washed the plastic container and tried making another pot to see if the taste was better. It wasn't.
