Summary: I have only had this a week. But I have a bigger one I have used for over a year. I love that it does not have a glass pot to break, the two hour shut off and the lack of a hot plate that makes the coffee taste burnt. The only problem with this smaller one is that when I raise the lid the condensation drips on the counter. I am looking for a small platter to keep catch the drips.
Summary: have to lift out everything to get to reservoir. says make 6 cups but only 2 if have a large cup and the worst of all there is no way to see how much coffee is in pot. i have had it for a couple weeks but will be returning it. i had a 10 cup brewstation that finally wore out. i don't drink as much coffee as i have in the past so thought the 6 cup would be nice.
Summary: Looks nice. Not enough information concerning usage. There were no filters so I don't know which kind to use - been using paper towels. As for programming for the morning, the instructions were not specific enough. I suppose you have to keep the coffeemaker on so that it will brew in the a.m. will have to try that. It's a 6 cup brewer but doesn't have marks for any other cup usage. Just have to guess - I fill my coffee mug with water and dip it into the pot.
Summary: Bought this because I love the push button feature and ease of use. It was great the FIRST time then I noticed some water on the counter. Now every time I pour the water where it's supposed to go, it leaks all over the counter. It is awful!! Now the coffee maker I've waited a while on to receive is worthless and I can't even drink any coffee (the shipping took a while for me as well)..
Summary: While lamenting to my husband about our then current coffee maker, I made a mental note of the features I wanted in the next coffee maker. This little Hamilton Beach pretty much fits the bill. Pros: Program Feature: As for quality and taste of the coffee, nothing is better than my french press. But for quick week-day morning coffee using the program feature, this will do.
