The instruction book recommends a course ground coffee. In my shopping zone, there are no choices for different coffee grinds on the store shelves. Therefore we get some grounds in the bottom of the pot unless we grind our own beans. Read more

I purchased this item for my daughter-in-law and she loves it. I picked this one because of the recessed area by the spout. It makes it so much easier to get your cup in there. No spills. Hamilton Beach is a great product over all. Read more

Hamilton Beach 40515 is the Best coffee urn for the money, it makes the coffee fast and taste excellent. super nice spout 2 way, twist lock lid & easy to fill, water level marks and red light when done. This is our second urn by Hamilton Beach the first we've had for a couple of years, now we need two & Love them both. Read more
