i tried it and was very pleased with the results

Summary: i bought this for my daughter used at a resale store. i tried it and was very pleased with the results. i am very picky about my coffee, not to be mistaken for fancy, i just like good basic coffee with crema on top and i am used to the european super automatic machines which my daughter cannot afford, and this dolce gusto produces coffee very close to that.
Summary: I've tried this machine but have to return it back to the store. Here are two of my major complains: 1. You have to stay by the machine while it makes the coffee - it doesn't stop automatically - you need to pull the switch back. 2. The selection of coffees they offer for this maker is very limited comparing to other brands or makes. No organic choices at all. 3. It's noisier than other machines too.
Summary: We used this machine in Germany for 10 years... The Germany made product was great! The US spec is terrible! We purchased two when we moved back to the states, one for home and one for my husband's office. Neither one of them worked! We sent one back to the company 4 weeks ago and have not heard anything... We are getting ready to send the second one back tomorrow. They have stopped selling their product in stores, you can only order online.
Summary: I got this as a Christmas gift for my wife. So far we've only tried the latte macciato and the hot chocolate (cocochino) flavors but she likes both of them. The machine is easy enough to use, although an auto shut off option may be worth the extra money (the creativa model has this option). As it is you have to decide when to turn off the machine so you have that control over the strength of the coffee but its hard to get the reccommended amount.
Summary: I have tried and owned the Keurig, Tassimo, Senseo and Dolce Gusto. I've kept the Dolce Gusto because it produces the best tasting drinks! The ease of use and taste of different drinks is fantastic! This is definitely, without a doubt, the best single serve coffee maker on the market!
Summary: I have a Keurig B60 and the most of the coffee is just so so.This coffee is phenominal. It has a very bold dark, rich and unique flavor..I am reviewing the coffee because unlike other single brew coffee makers, you have no choice other than to use dolce gusto (nestles)coffee in this machine. That might seem as a serious limitation, but believe me it is worth it. I do hope nestles releases some more flavors, especially decaf as there is only one so far.......
Summary: I've had my Dolce Gusto machine since they first came out. I liked the idea of different kinds of drinks and customized intensity. I've been drinking the capsules for some time now, hoping they'd grow on me, but I've finally thrown in the towel. The drinks are just too weak and watery. The instructions say just add less water for a bolder brew, but then you end up short or having to use twice the number of capsules, which are expensive to begin with.
Summary: I'm not going to compare this machine to other types of espresso machines (especially those super-autos). I guess if you are thinking about buying this or a good quality espresso machine, you should just go with the latter. I'm only trying to rate this as a single serve machine that takes pods at ~ 50cents per one. +: 1. Makes coffee with 'crema' 2. Looks different than other single serve machines 3. Makes Mocha and other milk drinks adequately well 4.
Summary: I have countless times contacted their rewards promotion and have not received the goods. Spending hundreds of dollars on the capsules for the rewards code printed on the inside of the box has wasted my time and money.I will not be buying their products ever again!
