Summary: HORRIBLE MACHINE! We ordered a brand new one from another company and it would not work; simply would not go through the start up process. So we ordered another from Amzn, and same issue! DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE!
Summary: Makes the worst lattes. I describe this as the "neediest" automatic espresso machine I've ever owned. It constantly needs something (refill tank, empty grounds, fill beans due to small hoppers, bins and tanks). Highly suggest not buying this model.
Buyer beware complete waste of Money and terrible service!

Summary: We changed form a gaggia to Delonghi. The machine and accessories were €2000, we had problems from the start, the coffee wasn't even warm. The machine went for repairs on three occasions and the issue was never resolved.

Summary: The worst cappucino maker ever. Yes you are paying a delicious price tag. I was too. In the 6 months that I have owned this machine, it has been in "delonghi service for non-functioning" 8 times and continues to break down again.
