Summary: It makes great coffee when it works, which is whenever it feels like it. The door warning light seems to come on and stay on for days at a time. No matter how much I clean it and care for it, it simply is worthless.
After 2 years, very impressed. Great Product after constant use.

Summary: After using this to make 2 cappuccinos everyday for almost 2 years, I decided it deserved a review. This is my first super-automatic espresso machine that I've owned, and I am really happy with it. They amount I've saved by making my own vs. going to a local coffee shop is great.
Summary: We use this very day, for at least two cups, and it has stood up well for over a year, so far. Had trouble with it initially, and it was replaced without question. Not a single trouble with the replacement.
Summary: I have been a coffee lover for years, but had always gone to my local coffee shop. I had had one $200 refurbished cheap little espresso maker before, but it did not cut it and broke after a couple months of use.
Summary: My girlfriend got this for me as a gift for finishing grad school, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The machine usually makes 3+ espressos a day, and it's been going strong for 8+ months now.
Summary: This is definitely a well designed machine. It takes about 5 minutes to learn how to use and you'll be off and running with great coffee. We bought this item for our small office and everyone is happy with the results.
Summary: I have had this machine for nearly a year and it has been a great purchase for me--like most things, there is a bit of a learning curve but it is fairly steep. The espresso made is quite good and the machine is very solid.
Summary: An ex-boyfriend had a super-automatic coffee/espresso maker, which inspired me to (finally!) replace my old drip machine. It took me a while to decide, because there are so many with complaints about poor customer service and needing to be sent away for long periods of time for servicing, and they...

Summary: I use this machine for about two weeks and I like it so far. It makes a great espresso in just 30 seconds with one touch of a button. I also tried making cappuccinos a few times and they were OK, but the steam wand is a bit short, leaving not much space between machine and the wand itself.
Pros: This was my first purchase of a higher end espresso machine and I am quite pleased. Making a cup is all automatic. The espresso is rich and flavorful well above previous machines I have owned. I do like the simplicity, simply stick a cup under the spout and push a button. The frother does an exce...
Cons: Con: While the controls are OK some are not all that intuitive. Simply means I do have to reference back to the manual for some of the icons that pop up intermittently. But not that big of a deal everyday commands ( water, strength of blend, size of cup) are straight forward. Clean-up, while ever...
