Summary: This is a great machine. Easy to use, clean, etc. We got the first machine for the office, then I bought one for my home and now I am buying one for a Christmas gift for my parents who saw my machine, loved the coffee and now also are interested in a machine. The steamer part for the milk really works well and makes a nice thick milk foam for Latte M. Also the coffee is sooooo good. I have my favorites.
Summary: I am a successful café' owner for twenty years now and I will tell you this makes a decent cup of espresso. While I will tell you pod machines will never out do freshness of grinding and brewing your own quality coffee, this comes close. If you are not a watered down, frugal K Kup user; this machine is for you. You can make Cap/Late' with very creamy foam! You can make a decent espresso timed to the pour of your liking!
Summary: Love our Lattissima Plus Nespresso! Have had other quality espresso makers in the past and this one is the best! It's easy to use and to clean and makes good-quality cappuccino as well as other espresso beverages. We rarely feel the need to visit our local coffee shop now--great option for home use.

Summary: I am giving my review on the product primarily to address the common question whether the coffee produced by the Lattissima is hot enough. To give you an idea of how hot I prefer my coffee, it needs to burn at least slightly to the touch. The answer is yes, but you will need to do some extra work. The extra work involves heating up your machine beyond just powering it on and waiting 40 seconds.
Summary: I've had this coffee maker for over 18 months now, and still absolutely love it. I was wondering if the novelty would wear off, but we still use it every day. A few people have complained in reviews about the coffee not being hot enough - I have found if you use it _as soon_ as it is ready, it can be warm rather than hot. But if you give it a couple of minutes to warm up, the coffee is more than hot enough - not scalding, but that's a good thing.
Summary: I had a DeLonghi espresso maker that was 10 years old and it finally bit the dust. I was spending 20 dollars + a week at Starbuck to get my fix so I finally began my search for a replacement espresso maker. I wanted something that was automatic so I didn't have to bother with the mess. That's when I found that Nespresso uses DeLonghi and knew this would be perfect fit for me. At 19 bars of pressure this Lattissima plus makes a killer espresso.
