Great for one week. Bad manufacturer customer service.

Summary: I was SO excited to receive this little gadget! And for one week it was my best friend, performing great! At about the one week point the milk stopped foaming. I did all of the troubleshooting tricks in the manual and the manufacturer's website but no luck. So, I called the manufacturer's customer support and this is where my extreme disappointment began. Horrible Horrible Horrible customer service. The info I received from this company were: 1.
Summary: The best machine ever not only for the quality coffee but also how fast can you make it! Best of all, keeps the milk in the container that only needs to plugged in once you're in the mood for the latte. Convenient and easy!
Summary: I love cappuccino. I have numerous coffee machines. I love the Keurig Rivo. the Rivo is hotter then the nespresso and the nespresso is twice as much. I do love the variety in the espresso flavors the nespresso has but they have to work in making the beverages hotter.
Summary: I have been using my Lattissima for about three months now, and I have a couple of thoughts for those researching if to buy this system. Some things to confirm based on other reviews: 1. I like the taste of the coffee. I am primarily a latte girl, and the lattes taste great. I haven't been to a coffee shop in three months! I used all of the nespresso caps that came with the system, and then I ordered some nespresso compatible caps.
Summary: I love love love this machine!! Easy to use, easy to clean. Coffee is hot enough for me. The lattes and cappuccinos come out perfect. I'm enjoying trying the different flavors. I had a senseo that I actually like. It started to act funny so I started looking at other machines. I had a nespresso in Venice that I liked. Once the senseo died I took the plunge and bought this. I couldn't be happier. I've had this for almost 2 months now.
