Pleasantly surprised at the quality of this espresso maker
1 May 2014
Summary: I have enjoyed my decades-long morning routine of making a latte on my "other" espresso machine. It was a 10 minute-long process but the end result was worth the effort. I have been looking at pod espresso machines but until now haven't been satisfied with the quality of espresso and the milk frothing ability of these more time efficient espresso makers.
Summary: I've been postponing writing my review, waiting for something to go wrong. Anything, really, just to take the shine off my glowing review of this product. I don't know if I've EVER had such good coffee--be it in an Italian espresso bar, on a cruise ship, or anywhere else. This is FANTASTIC coffee, and it happens each and every time you push the button. It's almost unreal!
Summary: Nespresso customer service is first class. This machine is very high quality, makes consistent drinks daily. Very easy to use. Love the fact that the espresso comes in capsules so it is mess free. Had a few issues and all of my issues were instantly resolved by customer service, they treat you like royalty. When you order capsules, you get them either the next day or 2nd day. It is amazing.
Summary: It has come to my attention that there has been countless reviews both praising and being critical about the Lattissima Plus. I will be focusing on both ends of the spectrum. The Lattissima has been highly praised for the one–button creation of milk-based drinks. To some, this may be worth the premium over the more rudimentary models such as the Citiz Milk, Pixie, and Escenza. This review serves several purposes: 1.
Summary: Originally when I purchased the nesspresso latissima plus the color I wanted wasn't reflected in the model purchased. After several conversations with customer service people I was assured that the color red I chose would in fact be delivered; and walla it was. My congratulations to Macy's!
Summary: I was looking for an automatic machine to take the extra steps out of making a latte. This machine does a very European cappuccino and latte - serving sizes match what I had in Italy & the Netherlands. The default latte is one shot of espresso over about 5 ounces of milk, but just about 50% of the latte is froth. I've been using cold, 1% milk. I tried almond milk today and it was a better ratio, but the dial doesn't seem to do much to control how much froth there is.
Summary: My friend have this machine and the first time I tried the coffee from this machine I fell in love with it! I was going to buy a keurig but I decided to get this one and from then on I always have a perfect cup of coffee that I and my family enjoy day and night!
Summary: First of all one of the few machines that uses real milk. Makes amazing frothy cappuccinos with the press of a button. As good as some restaurants! Also it doesn't take up much space on the counter. So good I am tempted to unplug it and take it to work with me. Nice variety of coffees as well. From strong to mild. Easy to clean. Just an amazing machine all around.
