Summary: I love the new Delonghi nespresso machine. The same great coffee you already expect, but with a more compact footprint so it requires less room on the kitchen counter. The frothed is also somewhat improved.
Summary: This is red (love it), it is pretty and it is easy to use. Fill up the rear tank with water, the front tank with milk, pop a pod in the top and push the button. I have had this for over a year and as long as you descale once a month it works perfectly. I have 2 favourite flavours of coffee which I buy from nespresso as its so cheap, Roma and decafe intenso, the coffee is smooth the machine makes a prefect latte and you can bespoke the cup size to make a lovely big cup of...
Summary: The first thing you need to get right is this isn't about the coffee. The Nespresso Capsule system and the Pro's and Con's of cost and availability are irrelevant. So you need to consider what coffee and capsule system you want to use first as there are many machines from many manufacturers to utilise these capsules. The review here is assuming you have made that decision and now you want to select the best machine for your chosen capsules system.
Summary: I thought I was a bean to cup girl all the way, never thought I could be swayed to a pod machine, but this machine has converted me with its frothy coffee loveliness. I love the way the milk goes in the jug at the front; love watching it foaming out, blending with the coffee to make a rich, smooth, delicious cuppa. It's so easy to use - just load up the milk and water, slot in a pod and the rest is just pressing buttons.
Summary: The machine has stopped working after only low usage. I've followed the instructions in the manual diligently. After several phone calls to nespresso for support (their call centre is good) the machine was collected by them for repair. After servicing and return to me, I made 1 cup of coffee then it stopped working. I must have the lemon in the batch as I have used these machines elsewhere with no problem.
