Summary: This is a smart looking and compact machine which makes nice frothy and tasty coffee drinks (in addition to the expresso type). Thanks to the instructions by an earlier reviewer, without which I might have been stumped. A big plus is no maintenance required compared to my other machine which has a seperate compartment for the steamed milk. Drinks could be a little bit pricey in the long run but going to be cheaper than coffee shops.
Summary: These products sold by Freddie & Co. are second hand and are liable to fail after some use. I have only set my machine up in February although I bought as a Christmas present. It worked fine for about 50 coffees and then started to leak and send steam everywhere - not very safe. The supplier refused to accept responsibility after 90 days !!
Summary: This little machine is great. It takes up very little space in the kitchen and it's fantastic to have a "coffee shop" drink at home whenever I want one - at a fraction of the cost. I brought some slim mugs as the machine provides a small supply of coffee (or the drink you chose). The option to make a larger drink is easy you just push the red button/ hot water button again using the same pod. Much quicker than boiling the kettle.
Excerpt: I bought this as a present for my daughter on sale for a great price. We love it! I'm a "coffee snob" and prefer my much more expensive coffee machine but I must admit coffee from the Nespresso tasted great every time. Easy to use and clean. Water tank is quite small, so it's important to keep checking it. Capsules are easily available at supermarkets and $5 or more cheaper than the other pod machines.
