Summary: My original DeLonghi worked for several years ok but the replacements I ordered both leaked and now I have none. I believe there is a design problem with the plumbing to the heat coil interface and it's very hard to repair.
Summary: This Delonghi coffee machine has a very weak pump. I use it everyday only for 1 espresso every morning and I have been obliged to change the pump after 1 year of use after fighting with Delonghi that didn't want to change it for free because the warranty was over (it was the 13th month).
Don't buy it, it leaks big time and they don't give me a refund!!

Summary: I never had such a bad experience like this. First of all, I bought two identical items and they both leaked just like most people said here. That's manufacturer's problem, not the seller's, no problem.

Summary: Very frustrating working with Delonghi customer support. When unit arrived defective, Delonghi customer support did some troubleshooting over the phone to confirm unit was defective and offered to send a replacement immediately.
Summary: unit wouldn't actually make espresso, just leaked all over counter, followed all the instructions, ran water through the unit but all it did was leak out the bottom of the unit right out of the box
Summary: I have a espresso machine in my workplace so I can compare this machine with the one. But the big problem is this machine leaks from the water tank whenever I try to uses it. And it is really hard to get the coffee from the coffee dispenser since the water is hardly running from the dispenser.

Summary: I bought this machine for my office, to save the $3.50 a day I spend at the corner chain coffee shop. What a mess! I've had two De'Longhi machines like this before at my house, so I like the brand, but maybe this model, or my particular machine, was a dud.
