Pros: GOOD PRICE. HAD AN OLDER UNIT THAT WORKED GREAT FOR 6 YEARS.
Cons: NEW UNIT LEAKED. HAD TO CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER TO GET A REPLACEMENT THEN CONTACT THE SELLER TO RETURN THE REPLACEMENT UNIT FOR CREDIT. EVENTUALLY RECEIVED FULL CREDIT, BUT PROCESS SEEMED CUMBERSOME.
Summary: I researched a lot of coffee makers before deciding on this one. I've had a Krups, Mr.Coffee, Cuisinart and I'd have to say I think this DeLonghi is a better choice. You don't need to move it around, pour the water, scoop your coffee in the basket, close it and push on or program a time you'd like a fresh pot. Super easy and quick!! Awesome find!
Summary: I bought a used version of this that claimed to be in great condition. Well it wasn't. There are dents all over it and the stainless steel on the front is peeling off, but the machine worked fine. Now that is not the case. Its taking over 15 minutes to brew 4 cups of coffee which taste like crap about 50% of the time. So you never know how your cup will taste.
Buy it. Now. Or maybe after you read this review. Either way, you're going to buy it. Because it's awesome.

Summary: I truly love this coffee maker. We needed something that would fit under our cabinets to allow us more counterspace (a limited commodity in our galley kitchen). This coffee maker has a rather large footprint, but because I can stuff it back against the backsplash under the cabinets, we actually gain a ton of usable space. Of course, going from a 6-cup drip maker and a Keurig to this also helped us save a bit of space, but that's exactly what we were looking for.
Summary: My previous drip coffee maker had been a DeLonghi -- one that lasted a decade -- so I returned to the brand. The new model, which I have have had for only two months, is good-looking and easy to use. However, within days it started operating erratically. Half of the time the machine makes good coffee in a timely manner, but many times it sputters and steams and only about half of the water put in comes out as coffee.
Excerpt: We were in need of another coffee pot and this one was the lucky one to take residence in our home. Its unique design allows for it to be filled with water and coffee without pulling the unit out. It has all the basic features needed auto on and off as well as a Aroma button for stronger brewed coffee.

Summary: I ordered this coffee maker because I HAD THIS BRAND BEFORE I must say this one is the worst coffee makers I have ever had. I've only had it a short time and it already has a broken part. It leaks and already takes a half hour or more to make a full pot. What has happened for your company to put out such an inferior product. I am so disappointed.
Summary: I purchased this coffee maker in 2013 because it was front loading as I have low counter top clearance from my over head cupboards. It started out ok. The door never really shut tightly. It steams so much that I have to leave it pulled all the way out ontop of my counter top because otherwise the bottom of my upper cabinets is soaking wet and dripping. The entire housing unit get ridiculously HOT, another reason why I will not leave it under the cabinets!
