Summary: I give this 5 stars for the product itself. It is the greatest cappuccino machine ever made, the only one I will ever use (as long as they keep making it). I've used some form of this machine (i.e., with the patented auto frother) multiple times a day just about every day for the past 19 years. Everybody who tastes the coffee from this machine raves about it. Really easy to use, perfect every time, but... I give the product 1 star for the quality.
Summary: Broke very quickly. This is not a quality product. I guess you have to pay more for an espresso machine. In the future I will buy these separate, that way when one breaks the rest doesn't go in the trash.
Summary: I've had this machine for about 4 or 5 years. There have been no leaks, breaks, or anything else. Honestly? If you follow the instructions, the machine will last a good, long time. 1) Rinse out the milk frother. Take it apart and give it a good, thorough cleaning. Even pro machines need this kind of care, so it's not a failing of this particular model. This is especially important if you use non-skim milk! 2) Hand wash the pots.
Summary: The price was perfect and just what I was looking for everyone should get so lucky. the coffee maker makes the best coffee with the flavor control also espressos even taste better and are very easy to make.
Not the best and most durable, but good enough for the money.

Summary: This is my 2nd machine, the first one started to malfunction (electrical problems) after about 2 years. But when these machines work, they are great. I had the 120T the first time, which does not have the built-in milk reservoir....as a result, steaming the milk that is already poured into the cup produces a wetter cappuccino. The 130T has the milk reservoir which produces a dryer drink. The downside is cleaning the reservoir after every use.
Summary: First off, for as expensive as these are, the quality is not there. Concerning the espresso side, it makes the best tasting cappuccino I've ever had. They are good. BUT, plan on a major mess to clean up every time. The O-rings for the part that vacuums the milk and froths it into the coffee cup leaks terribly and you will have a job cleaning up milk all over the place every time you use it, which you shouldn't have to. Count on it, it's a mess. I still use it.
