Amazing. 6 years, 2-3 cappucinos per day and zero problems.

Summary: We love this machine. I've heard of and seen firsthand some annoying issues with Jura machines (and that steam wand that frequently pops off). The only maintenance we've performed is descaling, when called for by the digital alert on the screen, and popping out the infuser to clean the innards,...
Summary: I am a Starbucks Barista and i had purchased this machine when it was being sold at starbucks over the holidays. It was a christmas gift to myself, but I recieved 40% off this machine. The secrete to this is to CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN!!!!!
Summary: I have owned this machine for about 10 months and I have mixed feelings. After about a month of ownership I was finding that about 1 in 5 times the coffee would leak down the back of the door and into the drip tray. I would get less than half of the shot in my cup.
Summary: After five months of fairly light use (since I'm the only one using it), It started leaking from beneath the unit. It leaked so much that it covered my counter top and my cookbook soaked up the rest.
Summary: I have had this machine repaired twice. The steam controller has broken AGAIN. It is plastic and not very strong. The electronics have also been replaced. I will NEVER buy a delonghi product again. This machine should be recalled because of the steam controller.
Summary: Steam knob is very difficult to turn. Seller said to deal with manufacturer on the first day I had it. Now leaking around espresso dispenser. When I called manufacturer I found the machine is three years old. Unused, but old technology.
Summary: I did not buy this machine from Amazon, my husband bought it for me for mothers day about 2 years ago. After one year of use everyday by me, 4 to 5 cups a day (yummy) this all of the sudden quick working.
Summary: We have owned our Magnifica for three years now. We jokingly refer to it as the MF 1000. It has served us well with a few exceptions. The biggest flaw that we have found is that the lever for the steam is made of plastic, with a plastic shaft that connects to the valve.
Summary: I own a DeLonghi ESAM 4300, which I bought about a year ago. I enjoyed having a easy to use machine until it broke down 6 months down the road. The local store where I bought the machine gave me a new one. It worked well for a few days and then another 6 months later it was down again.
