Excerpt: I love this product! I am the only coffee drinker in the house so a single cup brewer is perfect for my family. This one heats quickly, brews quickly, is easy to clean, has temperature options, a hot water option, and more cup sizes than most other single cup brewers.
Excerpt: Excellent buy! I've wanted one for the past 2 years and finally settled on Cuisinart from Williams-Sonoma, two names & brands I've purchased from in the past; both product and retail store are 'tops' in my book!
Pros: Great features, if it would pump. Died after about a month, you have to constantly remove and replace the tank to get it to pump.
Cons: This is a known issue, but Cusineart will not honor the warranty if purchased from Newegg. So 30 days is all you get, and at some point, it will most likely stop pumping. I bought mine as a gift for my wife, so the warranty was up well before I gave it to her. Now it stops pumping every day or so...
Excerpt: Had another one of this refurb model for about a year and it stopped working. Bought this one, but the first one leaked. Seller promptly replaced at its expense. This unit works great - better than the first one on its best day, and better than a Keurig brand I had for a for a fraction of its cost.
Pros: Multi Serving Sizes, Adjustable Temp Setting, Refurbished A Great Value
not working, tried 3 models , all defective - just cold water, no hot !

Summary: Watch out, this item will not make hot water or hot coffee or hot tea, it produces only cold water. They didn't put that in manual and on the page, but yes, it's true - only cold water!!!!! After 3 replacement of this SS-700, I finally gave up.
BAD Design, stay away - do your research on this coffee maker first

Summary: I had this coffee maker just over 3 months when it started giving us problems. Then I did some research, have you ever wondered why a company has so many returns it can "refurbish" them and get them out to so many stores, web sites etc. This is one of them.
Summary: Overall I like the unit but the 3 year warranty was a big draw for me when I got it. It appears talking to the support people are the only way to go. Knock on wood when I get the new unit (they said 7-10 days) we will hopefully be back up and running.
Pros: See review before about pump failing.
Cons: I first tried the online email help center. DO NOT USE THE ONLINE / EMAIL SUPPORT. When I called their help line the first time they were unable to help me but told me to do vinegar and water mixes to repair the pump. It's clear to me the pump is shot, there is a check valve in the line or the pu...
