Summary: So far, about one month, this coffee maker has performed flawlessly. The ability to use the k-cup is wonderful for me. I can grind my own beans (I already owned a coffee bean grinder), use the k-cup, and brew a fresh cup of my favorite coffee. I also really like the ability to dispense hot water, the 80 ounce water reserve tank, the ability to change volume from 4, 6, 8, 10, or 12 ounces with the simple press of a button.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy To Use, Fast, Multiple Settings
Summary: Have used this unit for almost two years with no problems. I had went through 3 keurig machines prior to this. Very satisfied with this unit. Not sure if it makes a difference but read a review about pushing the K-cup down on the puncture needle where it sits prior to closing the brewer handle and have done that since purchasing.
No Problems for Me, but PreBuy Research was Interesting

Pros: Convenience, Aesthetics, Everyone gets What They Want WHEN They Want, Variety
Cons: My Mother had the Keurig, which lasted a few months... Decided she actually enjoyed the K-Cups so she bought this unit. And loved it more! I drink coffee, tea, cocoa... But not in large amounts in a given week on a consistent basis. I'm also lazy and after having a self-grinding Cuisinart for the past decade that I HATED cleaning, I was intrigued... My Mother tends to hate tech, prides herself on being frugal, and is't often pleased with change, so her endorsement mea...
Summary: I bought this almost a year ago and it has worked until today. I pressed it on and it blinked not ready for an hour. I unplugged it and waited then tried it again, same result. I paid $200.00 dollars for one year! I cannot even find a number to call about getting it fixed! I'm over it, will not buy an expensive one ever again!
