Summary: I upgraded from the Keurig coffee maker to this. This coffee maker runs much quieter than the Keurig. In addition, the Keurig always had issues like not heating water, not making the correct size drink, etc. I have had no issues out of the Cuisinart and would recommend it over the Keurig!
Summary: Had to return two of them, they stopped working within two weeks. I can't believe Costco is still selling them, ended up buying a Keurig and so far so good, seems to be more refined. The four star rating is very misleading, I think they need to recalculate. Based on all the poor reviews, it should be rated much lower. I would not be surprised if 9 out of 10 of these get's returned, they just don't work. Love the concept and the coffee but the machine is junk!
Summary: I have gone through 2 Keurigs in 2 months, bought this hoping it would be better. It lasted 1 WEEK!!!! Great if they work, only issue is the pump breaks. You can tell all the internals are apart of Keurig and not cuisinart. Its unfortunate, as the product is awesome when it works!
Summary: The unit worked good out of the box. After a couple of weeks, it intermittently wouldn't brew. This slowly transitioned into it not brewing at all... tried all the fixes suggested by Cuisinart. No joy.
Summary: I owned this product for 3 months and had to have it replaced and now after owning the replacement for 3 months and a few days the replacement has quit working. The heater and pump on the first one quit working and the replacement that I have now won't pump the water into the cup. It just sits there and hums. :( I loved it until everything went south with it.
Summary: I love the simplicity of this machine. My son can make his own cocoa! We've had it for about 6 months and it's been great so far. I like the programmable features and the hot water feature (great for making tea). I still have some of the included K-Cups, too.
Pros: simple easy maintenance quick brew auto on / off
