Summary: This unit is wonderful. I can grind and brew my own coffee in a reusable KCUP. I also have a variety of drinks to choose from with KCUPS such as coffee, tea and cocoa. I can use the hot water button just for soup or tea. I need not to worry about the height of my cup. You just follow the directions on the screen and you have a great hot or cold beverage instantly! Glad I chose the Cuisinart.
Fantastic product that does exactly what it is supposed to do.

Summary: So far everything is great with this machine. My mother received a Keurig Platinum for her birthday, and this cuisinart works nearly identical. The one real nice thing that I have, that her Keurig didn't seem to have...is the Cuisinart has a built-in compartment to house the "Brew-your own" coffee filter, whereas the Keurig's didn't. (At least that she noticed.) Nonetheless, this machine works great.
Summary: We have owned this for a little over a month now. We really love it. Easy to use, clean, brews great coffee. No downsides so far. I will re-post again in the future if something should change.
Pros: quick easy to use clean many flavors to choose from mujltiple cup sizes the "iced" coffee is awesome
Summary: This is the worst single cup coffee maker ever! It was great for the first couple months, then the problems with brewing started. Still getting hot water from it but takes a lot of space on the counter to dispense just hot water. Have been checking reviews on other sites, also, and seems the problems I am having are pretty typical. For a Cuisinart product I am very disappointed.
Summary: this was a upgrade for our house. we had a kurieg that was a bought in 2008 and it seemed like it was getting too tempermental. this item is made by kurieg but has a better warranty also larger water capacity. the very best new set of features is the water filter in the reservoir and its quiet brew technology!!! it is fantastic!!!
Summary: I did my homework, read all the negative reviews and because of CostCo's good return policy I took a chance on this machine. Bad choice. I READ THE "HOW TO FIX" REVIEW AND USED A TACK TO PUT A SMALL HOLE IN THE BOTTOM OF EVERY K-CUP I EVER USED. I ALSO ONLY USED FILTERED WATER PLUS THE FILTER IN THE MACHINE. NEITHER OF THESE IDEAS HELPED!The pump would stop working every once in awhile but could be fixed by turning the machine off then back on.
Summary: I got my first k-cup brewer several years ago, back when you could only order the brewer and k-cups online. With each product update, I gave my old machine away and purchased the new model. I received the Cuisinart for Christmas of 2010. It lasted only 3 months before it broke. The company replaced the brewer, but it cost me $45 for the shipping ($10 for the new one to be shipped and $35 to return the broken one).
Summary: After reading negative reviews, most of them focusing on the same issue/complaint, I found the review titled "HOW TO FIX" from Member CRF450 from Colorado posted on July 30, 2011very helpful and fair. It makes sense what he states. I have noticed that some, if not many, K-Cups come with more air than others right out of the box/case and thus causing this problem on our other [previous] household Keurig brewers. So it's not just Cuisinart, but Keurig ones as well!
Pros: price appearance functions size
Cons: wish i could run a filtered water line to it!
Summary: Have enjoyed this purchase for over eleven months, but we have had the oft reported pump failure. I returned to Costco today, with no problems for a full refund. Repurchased a new unit, and expect to have great results. If not, I know Costco will be there and stand up for the consumer. I love Costco!! Great product, will continue to recommend..
Pros: price convenience style features costo service guarantee
Summary: I just opened it and was hoping for a removable drip tray for taller travel mugs...unfortunately, only part of the tray comes out leaving a thin bottom. STILL cannot put a travel mug beneath...what a bummer since now I'd have to hold a mug and wait for it to fill...may look into a Keurig since the whole bottom drip tray removes...
