Summary: If you're planning on replacing this with the equivalent Keurig B70 Platinum series (note the similar model number), think again . These problems are Identical to experiences had by me, my sister, my son, his mother-in-law and finally my mom (bought her 1 before I knew they had problems. They just simply stop working within the first year.
Summary: I have had my Cuisinart Single Serve Coffee Maker for over a year, and it has been reliable and a joy to use. I would strongly recommend this product to anyone shopping for a singe serve coffee maker. With all of the features, this is hands down the best buy.
Summary: I am looking around for a new brewer my second keurig is on its last leg. The coffee is wonderful but the brewer lasts about a year and a half, I clean it once a month with vinegar but the pumps always seem to quit working after a month
Summary: Bought two of these for the office. One never did work, one worked off and on for a couple of hours. Followed all the directions, used bottled water, K-cups, etc. Very, Very disappointing. Returned to Costco and they very graciously apologized for the problems and issued a full refund. Bad machines but, as usual, Wonderful Costco Customer Service!
Does it's job well, and looks great. Overall a great buy!

Summary: I was looking for a coffee brewer for Keurig K-cups, but I didn't like the look of the Keurig branded brewers. Along came the Cuisinart SS-700. A sleeker, more industrial looking machine that fits my kitchen. It's a great brewer with a reasonably sized reservoir. It has a blue-lit LCD display, blue accent lights in the reservoir, and blue light around the buttons.
Awesome product, will last forever as a manufacturer refurb, no complaints!

Summary: This product was bought for my fiancee. She loves everything about this coffee maker. The ability to have instant hot water, the different size cup options, the iced beverage option, I could go on and on. The design is smooth and it doesn't have that weird hovering arm in front of the k cup head.
Summary: I bought this machine for my mother last Christmas and she LOVES it (worried for my Dad). The only problem we had was...it stopped working about a year to the day we bought it. She woke up one morning went to make her coffee and it was black...died overnight. So Costco's great return policy took it back even though I had thrown away my receipt. We think we fixed the problem. She had been leaving the machine on for the whole year.
Pros: Heats up and ready to use very quickly on power up. Perfect cup of coffee every cup (no more burnt coffee like my older style coffee maker). Has a compartment for the included "My K Cup".
Cons: Cost of K Cups, shop around. K Cups always come pressurized and will ruin your coffee maker by pushing coffee into the pump when you pierce them by putting the handle down (this is documented by other users). Trick is to puncture the K Cup (on the bottom) with a thumb tack/paper clip and release the pressure prior to inserting into the machine.
