Summary: I've had this for about 3 weeks and it has been excellent so far. I use the my-kcup and saves loads of money. I have read other reviews about it failing in a short period of time, I hope this doesn't happen. Water is hot, and is dispensed in the correct proportion.
Summary: So I've only had this for a few days, purchased from my local Costco store, but I have to say that it does brew quietly... So far no problems. The auto on/off timer is nice so it turns on and pre-warms the water so my first cup of coffee comes out quickly. Tried brewing with the included My K-Cup and the coffee came out fine. A friend gave me a variety of k-cups which I've enjoyed sampling, lots of tasty coffee, tea, and hot chocolates.
Summary: I bought the Cuisinart because I think it is better looking and some research showed it was heavier duty than the Keurig. I LOVE IT!!! I LOVE IT!! I LOVE IT!! The "head" mechanism where you put the k-cup is very heavy duty. It's very very easy to use; I figured it out without reading the instructions. You have 5 size choices (oz water brew) and it's programmable - heats up at 5:00am and turns itself off at 6:30am daily so it's always ready when I want it.
Summary: This was a refurbished coffeemaker. I bought it for my husband for Christmas. He read the instructions carefully and went step by step in setting it up. Water did not pump into the cup but pumped back into the reservoir. Contacted seller. Sent directions from Manufacturer on what to try. Several steps that we repeated numerous times. My husband was clearly frustrated and I was embarassed that this was the gift I had given him for Christmas. I sent it back for a refund.
Summary: so far it is outstanding; we will see if it continues this way. I returned a Keurig Platinum to Costco as the pump failed in 3 weeks. The reputation of these single cup machines is very bad. I decided to upscale to Cuisinart-still made by Keurig- to see if it will last long term. If not, back to Costco it goes and then I'm done with fad of a single cup.
Summary: Bought this as a result of poor experience with the Keurig B70 Platinum. It's slightly more expensive but seems to be better made (example k-cup holder and housing is metal not plastic) and it has added features such as more brewing sizes, larger water reservoir, and a 'hot water only' button for brewing tea bags or hot chocolate.
Pros: works as advertised great features well made
Cons: none really a little "industrial looking" - but looks good
Summary: Makes very fast coffee and at a higher temperature than regular makers! We like the fact fresh coffee is just a minute away. I find i drink much less than when making pots of coffee. The 5 sizes of 4 to 12 ounces are great. The product also lets you use regular coffee as well as K-cups.
Summary: I just bought our third one today. The other 2 each lasted 6 months. The Keurig branded machine we had prior lasted about a year and a half. The Cuisinart is so much quieter however. The good part of buying it from Costco is that when it dies, you just bring it back, get your refund and buy a new one!
Fast, beautiful, built well and My K-cup completes the Awsome experience.

Summary: Love it! Love it! Love it! So fast. I can fill the water tank every other day. The water is always ready with the automatic on/off feature. What makes this product better than the average is the My K-cup. Although the K-cups you can purchase make a decent cup of coffee, they cost about $1 each. With the My K-cup, I can use my own ground coffee at a cost of pennies a cup. It brews fast and is always ready. Hot water is available all the time as well for hot soup or broth.
