Excerpt: I totally loved this single cup coffee maker at first. It had everything - all sizes of cups, cleaning, etc. But - it stopped working after a couple of months even though I used it at least every other day. Cleaning didn't resolve the problem - nothing did. It ended up in the garbage.
Excerpt: We got this coffee maker about a year ago. It was to replace a previous Keurig machine that we were having problems with. This machine was a little more expensive than more basic machines, but you get what you pay for. This machine has 4 brew sizes and is both fast and efficient.
Excerpt: The cuisinart single cup brewing machine has been one of the most used appliances in my kitchen. It literally takes seconds to brew a delicious cup of coffee or hot water for other hot beverages. It is actually very convenient to use if a recipe calls for hot water or to make a cup of instant soup.
Summary: This is a piece of junk. We got one as a gift at Christmas. The water will not pump through the machine. Nothing can be brewed. After several tries the display showed the "de-scale" warning. It should not need to be de-scaled it is brand new. I ran the de-scale process it made no difference.
Pros: It looks pretty on the counter
Cons: It will not work.... the replacement did not work either!
Excerpt: This is an easy-to-use and easy-to-setup product. Build quality seems good. We have owned the product for two weeks, and it has worked flawlessly for us. The coffee quality is very good. I recommend running the initial cleaning cycle twice to eliminate the rubbery taste on the first cup.
Pros: Brews Quickly, Easy To Set-up, Easy To Use, Large water reservoir, Multiple Cup Sizes
Summary: Longer warranty and all the bells and whistles make this the best k cup brewer on the market.
Pros: People it has a three year warranty, longest in the industry for a K cup. Add to it an Eckobrew cup, a grinder and buy whatever coffee you want. I grind and brew my own Sumatra coffees and they are perfect for about $0.30 per cup with this machine.
Cons: I have to refill the tank every so often, wish I could hook it directly into a supply line.
Excerpt: We have been using these "on demand" brewers ever since they started making them and our first machine was a "Flavia". At some point, we purchased a Cuisinart and absolutely loved it. Within months it started acting up. Only brewing when it wanted to and the amount was wrong also.
