Summary: I bought the Cuisinart because I think it is better looking and some research showed it was heavier duty than the Keurig. I LOVE IT!!! I LOVE IT!! I LOVE IT!! The "head" mechanism where you put the k-cup is very heavy duty. It's very very easy to use; I figured it out without reading the instructions. You have 5 size choices (oz water brew) and it's programmable - heats up at 5:00am and turns itself off at 6:30am daily so it's always ready when I want it.
Summary: This was a refurbished coffeemaker. I bought it for my husband for Christmas. He read the instructions carefully and went step by step in setting it up. Water did not pump into the cup but pumped back into the reservoir. Contacted seller. Sent directions from Manufacturer on what to try. Several steps that we repeated numerous times. My husband was clearly frustrated and I was embarassed that this was the gift I had given him for Christmas. I sent it back for a refund.
Summary: Makes very fast coffee and at a higher temperature than regular makers! We like the fact fresh coffee is just a minute away. I find i drink much less than when making pots of coffee. The 5 sizes of 4 to 12 ounces are great. The product also lets you use regular coffee as well as K-cups.
Fast, beautiful, built well and My K-cup completes the Awsome experience.

Summary: Love it! Love it! Love it! So fast. I can fill the water tank every other day. The water is always ready with the automatic on/off feature. What makes this product better than the average is the My K-cup. Although the K-cups you can purchase make a decent cup of coffee, they cost about $1 each. With the My K-cup, I can use my own ground coffee at a cost of pennies a cup. It brews fast and is always ready. Hot water is available all the time as well for hot soup or broth.
Summary: This is new for us, but I can say the set up was quick and easy. The overall design is beautiful and durable. A couple of minutes for the water to heat up, and within seconds, we have a cup of coffee. It works very quickly and easily. If you don't want to use the K-Cups (it comes with 12 various samplers), you can also use regular coffee grounds. The water reservoir removes easily, or you can just pour water in the tank instead.
Pros: High quality, Durable, brews quickly, modern design
Summary: When I first used the coffee maker, there was a strange bad taste. The water going in was good, but the water coming out was not. It was like there was grease in the system. I called Cuisanart Customer Service. They recommended descaling with vinegar, which I did. That solved the problem. The coffee is now good.
Pros: Brews Quickly, Easy To Clean, Easy To Use, Multiple Settings, Reusable K cup
Summary: If you're planning on replacing this with the equivalent Keurig B70 Platinum series (note the similar model number), think again . These problems are Identical to experiences had by me, my sister, my son, his mother-in-law and finally my mom (bought her 1 before I knew they had problems. They just simply stop working within the first year.
Summary: I have had my Cuisinart Single Serve Coffee Maker for over a year, and it has been reliable and a joy to use. I would strongly recommend this product to anyone shopping for a singe serve coffee maker. With all of the features, this is hands down the best buy.
